- 3-LAYER HYBRID STRUCTURE – The pizza steel plate has an embedded aluminum layer as the thermal conductive core layer. The thermal conductivity of the aluminum layer is as high as about 237 W/m·K, which is much higher than stainless steel (about 15-20 W/m·K) and stone (1-3 W/(m·K)), greatly shortening the preheating time. The outer stainless steel layer provides excellent corrosion resistance and durability for long-term use.
- UPGRADED CERAMIC NONSTICK SURFACE – The stainless steel surface of the pizza pan features a double-layered, thickened ceramic coating, which not only enhances its appearance but also provides superior non-stick performance. Compared to pizza stones or steel, its smooth surface not only prevents food residue from accumulating but also eliminates concerns about harmful substances such as PFAS and PTFE.
