The Carlisle 30860H13 third size, 2.5" deep, high heat food pan with 1 handle (-40°F to 375°F) provides a single solution for cold storage, flash-freezing, microwave preheating and cooking as well as prolonged high temperature retention in steam table applications. Use the amber 2.4 quart pan to assemble, transport and display finished foods and toppings of all temperatures at events and buffet stations. Added handle enables easy removal of the food pan from holding bins in fast-paced environments. Molded-in capacity indicators (quarts and liters) display measurement and facilitate portion control. A smooth rounded interior makes every scoop count and reduces food waste. The textured exterior edges resist scratching and offer improved handling. The pan is stackable for convenient storage. It is also compatible with Carlisle StorPlus Universal and Smart Lids (sold separately). It is NSF Listed, BPA Free and dishwasher safe. The food pan has overall measurements of 12.75 x 7 x 2.5 inches (L x W x D). Handle adds an additional 3.75 inches.
