It includes one 12x30x1/4 hardwood veneered MDF panel, one 6x8x1/4 hardwood veneered MDF panel, one 5x12x1/8 Baltic Birch plywood panel, 36 of 1/4 hardwood dowel, and 24 of 1/8 hardwood dowel. Note: 2-3 lbs of metal shot for the weight shell is not supplied.
