If the door thickness at mounting site is greater than 1 Inch then use the .75 inch screws. If the door thickness at mounting site is less than .75 inch then use the .5 inch screws (hardware included). If the door thickness at mounting site is less than .5 inch you must use different hardware to prevent cabinet door damage.
