Select a suitable location on the equipment's base beam. Secure the heater horizontally using bolts, ensuring the water outlet is facing upward.3. Connect the heater's inlet to the lower channel of the water tank and the outlet to the upper water passage on the engine block using hoses. Tighten the clamps at all hose connections to leaks.4. Open the rear cover of the heater's electrical box. Connect the power and the grounding wire to their respective terminals, then close the box.5. Verify that the heater and all pipeline components are correctly positioned and securely installed.6. Refill the equipment with coolant. Run the engine for approximately two minutes to allow the coolant to circulate fully, purging air from the lines, and check for any leaks in the newly connected pipes.7. After the equipment is shut down, the heater can be powered on. The heater should then enter an operational state, with the outlet water temperature gradually increasing.
