Hobby Master's HH1015 is a 1:72 scale UH-1B Iroquois, serving with the 57th Medical Detachment, US Army in the 1960s. Initially designated HU-1, it earned the 'Huey' nickname. Upgrades led to the UH-1B, with 1,010 delivered to the US Army. In 1966, the 174th Assault Helicopter Company adopted the WWII Flying Tigers' shark-mouth paint scheme, naming one UH-1C 'Easy Rider'. A 1970 mission ended in a crash, but all on board survived. The 174th ceased Vietnam operations in 1971, with UH-1M 66-15242 later assuming the 'Easy Rider' name.
