You’ll need a Level, Drill, and Phillips Screwdriver for installation on a flat wall

There are a total of 16 different holes/lock positions on each 3-foot track so you can perform a multitude of exercises at various angles to get your desired results
- Each Stainless Steel Railcar is reinforced with a nylon and fiberglass mix for extreme durability. Each hook is designed to accommodate a single resistance band at a time. With 16 different locking positions on each track, you can easily work out your upper and lower body at the same time. We also sell separate rail cars which can be added to the aluminum track if desired. Remember to shake the railcar after sliding it into place to ensure it is in the locked position
