Medela Freestyle Flex double electric breast pump I loved this pump, it was really effective at getting the milk out and I tried a few - this was the closest to the hospital grade pumps that I had tried in the hospital. Everything is included, the flanges have been used obviously but it's all easily sterilised. I had some spare Lansinoh breast milk storage bags which I've put in too. You can buy the wearable collection cups, they are compatible with this pump. I've found them online for like ยฃ50 new, so this would be a great way to get the pump and everything cheaper than buying it all new.
