The Universal Pro Router Circle Cutting Jig is an essential tool for achieving precise, perfect circles in woodworking projects. With a cutting range of 10” (254 mm) to 53” (1346 mm) in diameter, this jig is versatile and easy to use. It features two center pins—one for visible center holes and another for no center hole. The recessed groove allows accurate adjustment of the center pivot pin for precise circle diameters. Made from lightweight, durable acrylic, the jig fits popular routers including Bosch 1617 Series, Porter-Cable 690, Makita RF1101, Milwaukee 5615, and Hitachi M8V. Customization is possible with additional drilling. The package includes a manual, router compass circle jig, insert pins, a 5/16”-18 T-bolt pivot pin, a 5/16”-18 thread 4-star knob and washer, (2) M6 x 1/2” screws, (3) #10-24 x 1/2” screws, (3) #8-32 x 3/8” screws, and (4) #10-32 x 3/4” screws. The 2+2Up/Down Compression Spiral Router Bit offers exceptional precision and durability. Made from solid carbide, it features an up/down spiral design that ensures smooth, chip-free edges on both surfaces of the workpiece. Ideal for routing, mortising, slotting, and trimming in plywood, hardwoods, composites, and thin aluminum, this bit reduces sanding time compared to standard router bits. It has a 1/4" shank, 1/4" cutting diameter, 1" cutting length, and 2-1/2" overall length.
