This Disney collectible has jointed legs that make it posable. This version, with the yellow hat and bright pink inner ear is rare and hard to find. See pics for more details.
The decorative cloth around his neck was initially tucked into the neck joint, but over the years has come loose for the most part. Most likely can be reattached.
