Compatible with all Windows and Mac operating systems, including the latest versions of Windows 10 and Mac OS X 10.12 (Sierra), the USB-RS485 cable is a USB to RS485 levels serial UART converter cable, featuring USB to serial UART interface IC device which manages all USB signaling and protocols. Offering a fast and simple connection solution, this cable allows devices with an RS485 interface to be connected to USB. The cable features 6 output ports: GND (Black), Data-(Yellow), 5vPower(RED), Terminator1(Brown), Data+(Orange), Terminator 2(Green), and includes a 120 ohm resistor connected between Terminator 1 and Terminator 2.
- This cable is exclusively compatible with the RS485 protocol. To find a device that supports both RS485 and RS422, please search for "EZSync2885" or "EZSync201".
- USB-RS485 converter cable provides a USB to RS485 serial interface with customized end connectors. Entire USB to RS485 translation protocol handled by the electronics over-molded in the cable.
- Featuring an EIA/TIA-485 communication interface with low power consumption, the overmolded chipset provides a single-chip solution for USB to asynchronous serial data transfer. Compatible with all Windows and Mac operating systems.
- The transparent USB connector features visual indicators for power and Tx/Rx data traffic, via LED lights.
