Hand stitched with a hand painted face. It looks to be a child's purse or bag with the zipper opening to show a stuffed body and as there is a hand-stitched loop for the handle.
The doll is a beautiful blonde haired, blue eyed girl. She looks to be holding a muff and wearing a "fur" cap. Possibly Eastern European in dress.
