A highly advanced Ring Flash permanently affixed to the 100mm macro lens results in extremely sharp photographic images. Additionally, the Ring Flash allows you to selectively turn off the top flash element for increased shadow detail. Above all, the Yashica Dental Eye III is designed to be the most user friendly intra-oral camera available. No prior photographic experience is necessary in order to obtain professional results. New Smaller and Lighter Body The Yashica Dental Eye 3 incorporates an entirely new camera body. This lightweight, ergonomic body is designed to simplify handling and use. New Advanced Flash System The Dental Eye 3 has a highly advanced Flash System permanently affixed onto the lens barrel. This Ring Flash provides even illumination across the entire subject area. In addition, the top element of the Ring Flash can be selectively turned off. By turning this element off, you can dramatically increase shadow detail in all of your Macro photography. You may also turn the Flash completely off for any existing light photography. New Standard Hot Shoe An optional flash can be added to the Hot Shoe on the top of the camera when additional or external illumination is required. New Brighter Viewfinder The bright viewfinder on the Dental Eye 3 enables you to compose and focus all of your pictures quickly and easily. In addition, a flash indicator in the viewfinder confirms the flash ready status. New LCD Panel The LCD Panel, located on the top of the camera body, shows you the frame number and battery status. New Motorized Film Loading, Advance, and Rewind An extra quiet motor drive automatically loads the camera to the first frame and then automatically advances the film. The motor drive then quickly rewinds the film at the end of each roll. Mid-roll rewind is also available. New Standard Tripod Mount Attaching the camera to a tripod is easy using the standard 1/4"-20 thread. New Exposure Compensation System You may overexpose or underexpose your photography in 1/3 stop increments up to 1 full stop. New Rubberized Grip A comfortable grip enables you to maintain a secure hold on the camera. Self Timer Included is a 10 second cancellable self-timer. Data Back Records the time or date that the picture was taken.
