Cancellation & Refund Policy

Perfume Carnival (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values customer satisfaction and follows fair practices regarding cancellations and refunds.

  1. Order Cancellations

    • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

    • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  2. Returns & Exchanges

    • Products may be returned only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receipt.

    • Notification of such issues must be made to our customer support within 7 calendar days of delivery.

    • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and related products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are strictly non-returnable.

  3. Refunds

    • Upon approval of a return request, refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment.

    • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

    • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
