Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns & Exchanges

Products may be returned only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receipt.

Notification of such issues must be made to our customer support within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes and related products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are strictly non-returnable.

Refunds

Upon approval of a return request, refunds will be initiated to the original mode of payment.

Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
